my very first spoken word album is out now! you can stream If This is How the Heart Breaks on most platforms, like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.
ITIHTHB has been in the works since August, the idea starting out as one single poem written after two years of on and off dates with someone unable to commit. from there, it went through two different friends who were great with the language of music (big thanks to ATMR for composing the instrumentals) and many, many recordings. by the time it was sent off for review, i was sick of my own voice.
but it’s here now and i couldn’t be more proud and excited. to say i wrote an EP is not something i ever imagined and it’s still so unbelievable to me that the sentence “stream my music” is something i can say. books, podcasts, short films, albums: poetry has time and time again opened doors for me that i never thought possible, and a big thanks for it goes to all of you; my readers, listeners, family, and friends.
i am reaching my dreams and more. thank you.
